Karina Dolgin

Karina Dolgin, a strategic leader in the retail industry, is known for digital transformation and building omni-channel brands. In her current position as Chief Product and Revenue Officer of James Avery Jewelry, her digital and retail experience merges with a strong foundation in design, merchandising and operations to inform a cohesive customer experience.

Karina pioneered the company’s strategic initiative process and serves on James Avery’s DEI Leadership Steering Committee. Given her visionary and operational expertise, and her ability to create a compelling narrative, she is frequently asked to convey initiatives in BOD and other meetings.

Early in her career as the Director of Design at Victoria's Secret, Karina gained foundational brand and design experience. Subsequently, as the Vice President of Design, Merchandising and Marketing for Ariela-Alpha International she leveraged this experience and co-created a luxurious yet affordable lingerie brand for Walmart. Karina was instrumental in this brand’s launch both in-store and online.

Karina’s professional experience includes family-owned and operated as well as publicly traded companies. She served on the Southwest School of Art (SSA) Board of Trustees and the board’s Executive Committee.
